We made good progress overnight and were able to make another zodiac landing in the morning. Again not shown on the map but between Gibb's Fjord and Pond Inlet.
Safe arrival at Guy's Bight
We were given back packs for our gear and walking poles
Plenty of ice around
Hunters' cabins - we were asked to keep well clear
Oil drums
Many very small flowers
This was a tiny fungus
As was this
Quite a challenge to walk on but our boots were very effective
Cory at work
We walked freely but they had already checked for polar bears
